Hastings is an accomplished consultant in land acquisition, GIS, urban planning and architectural services. He has worked in climate change projects, humanitarian response and recovery, development and construction projects. He has worked in projects financed by the World Bank, the African Development Bank, European Investment Bank, UNDP, European Delegation, and many more.
He has worked on resettlement projects that include Dar Es Salaam Metropolitan Development Project (DMDP), Shire Valley Transformation Project, Malawi-Mozambique Interconnection Project, Red Cross Flood Recovery Project, Nacala Corridor Railway Line project and Millennium Challenge Account power line project.
