The Mwenilondo and Dwambazi Irrigation Schemes are part of the Malawi Food Systems Resilience Programme (MFSRP), a World Bank-funded initiative aimed at increasing agricultural productivity and food security. The project focuses on upgrading irrigation systems to enhance resilience against climate change and improve farmers’ livelihoods.
